Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
On each personalised product page, you will find a field to enter the name, initials or date you'd like embroidered, along with a colour swatch selector for your preferred thread colour. Simply fill in those details before adding to your bag — it's all handled directly on the product page, no notes required.
Personalised items are made to order and usually ready within 3–5 working days. We do our best to dispatch sooner where possible. During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow a little extra time.
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. We never include pricing information in our parcels, and you can add a personalised gift message at checkout which we'll hand-write and include with your order.
