Shipping policy

Product prices and availability:

Prices and availability of products on the website www.charlotteemilialondon.com are valid unless stocks are out. Orders will be processed strictly in the order of receipt, date, day and time.

If a requested product is out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately within 48 hours. In those cases where possible, a product with similar features and characteristics will be proposed, or a new delivery time will be offered, or the amount paid in advance will be refunded, if applicable, within a maximum of 48 hours.

Shipping details, delivery time:

We process all orders within 3 to 5 business days at our UK based studio. All orders are made to order. Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order after it is placed. Please ensure all details are correct when checking out, especially for personalisation.

For all shipping please expect roughly from 2 to 7 business days for standard shipping once order has been processed within the UK. We cannot take responsibility for a delay in shipping, especially when shipped internationally.

For logistic reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest time possible. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, they will get to you.

Please note, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

We are not held accountable if unforeseen circumstances arise where the above stated shipping takes longer then expected. We are also not held accountable if the delivery provider takes longer then normal to deliver the item/s.

International Orders from countries other then the United Kingdom:

Shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination. Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. We do not cover import duties and import taxes.

IMPORTANT:  You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product of any damage or breakage of the shipment due to causes caused by transport by email within this period and also to the transport company used for delivery. Outside this period, the insurance broker will not be responsible for any damage caused by the same. Please inspect the product on the same day of delivery to avoid complications in a possible claim.
